A Contents review based on the comparison between the contents with CAS system and the contents with general web design tool

In the era of enormous E-learning contents being evolved for the rapid and effective adaptation to mathematics in education, many researchers have found some specified facts of interaction for mathematics education. But there are rarely found for the reason why do sites for mathematics education have to use the CAS system to represent many symbols and graphs. This paper aims to show why the contents for mathematics need to use CAS system by comparing the site developed by MathView, a CAS system to show mathematical symbols and graphs, to the site developed by Flash, a typical web design tool. These two are depicted not by regarding of world wide reputation but by the closeness of each contents on their course provided.
Also, Following the intent of using CAS system or not, we will establish the classification results by adapting the taxonomies referred from Johann Engelbrecht et al, who suggest very effective standards to measure web contents to be perfectly utilized on the purpose of web based instruction. Based on the effective way of delivering interactions and contents, we will provide radar charts for the classification of the two sites on the matter of the taxonomies provided by Johan Engelbrecht paper. Taxonomies include dynamics and access measurement, assessment efficiency, communication, quality and quantity of contents, components of enriching the sites and independence of the sites. The three former measurement standards will provide how much do the sites give interactions to learners. And the latter ones will answer how much do the sites provide the contents qualitatively and quantitatively. In addition, we will measure learning strategy on each site. With the results from the measurement, we will show what aspects are much effective to whom the contents will be given, and what defects should be avoided and needs to be updated and developed for the further adaptation to learners. The result will give core information to instructors or content designers for a better performance to deliver the interactions.
